Please see this important message from Operation Blankets Of Love regarding the treatment of animals at the Devore Shelter where animals who have been abused, neglected and abandoned are being subject to sleeping and living on hard cement floors with no blankets or comfort, as well as cats on newspaper which is on top of a wired cage which is not comfortable either..
