Charlotte Ross Chicago-born and raised Charlotte Ross was discovered by an agent who saw her perform in an eighth grade musical when she was 14 years old. She then went on to land her first film role when she was 16, opposite Michael Keaton in Touch and Go. To pursue her singing and acting career, Ross moved to Los Angeles where she eventually garnered two Daytime Emmy nominations (1990, 1991) for her role as the manipulative Eve Donovan on NBC’s Days of Our Lives.

Very grateful to be a part of John Wells’ latest ensemble drama, Ross says, "Trinity has an amazing cast. We’ve all had long paths to get to the show and we appreciate that it focuses on family." Ross plays the oldest McCallister sister, a successful stockbroker whose involvement with her married boss wreaks havoc on her personal life. To prepare for her role, Ross spent time on a Wall Street trading floor to learn how women deal with the pressure of working in a male-dominated environment. "I love playing a smart and successful woman with a twist; Fiona is an achiever and hard-driven, but her love life is a mess." "I love comedy from my experience with sitcoms, but dramatic character work has really become my favorite," says Ross.

Her television credits include regular roles on Aaron Spelling’s The Heights, for which she received a gold record for her theme song performance. Additional television credits include The Five Mrs. Buchanans and Pauly. She has guest-starred on numerous television series, including NBC’s ER (as a homeless prostitute with AIDS), Murder One and NYPD Blue. Ross also starred in the NBC television movies She Says She’s Innocent, A Kiss So Deadly and Fall Into Darkness, and will co-star this fall in the NBC miniseries A Will of Their Own. Her feature-film credits include Love & a .45, in which she played a heroin addict; Foreign Student, in which she played a Southern Belle who goes insane; and Savage Land. Earlier in her career, Ross received theater training at the Steppenwolf Theater Company and Second City in Chicago. Ross, who has one younger brother who is a writer, learned to appreciate the arts at an early age from her Ivy League-educated parents.

In order to bring balance to her busy life as an actor, Ross likes to spend time nature hiking with her three dogs, one of which she rescued while filming a project on location in Puerto Rico. Ross is single and lives in Los Angeles. In her off-camera hours, she volunteers to take inner-city school children on nature hikes. She also works with the Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. Her birthday is January 21.
